Advisory Board Members
The Advisory Board guides and advises the BDDC team on research priorities and activities, while maintaining accountability for the successful completion of the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario project. The Advisory Board members, under the research lead of Prof. Amar Mohanty, combine the expertise of select University of Guelph administrators, in addition to governmental, non-profit, and for-profit organization representatives.

Dr. Misra is a professor at the University of Guelph in the School of Engineering and cross-appointed with the Department of Plant Agriculture. She is a Canada Research Chair (CRC) Tier 1 in Sustainable Biocomposites.
Dr. Mohanty, Professor and OAC Distinguished Research Chair in Sustainable Biomaterials in the Department of Plant Agriculture and cross-appointed in the School of Engineering at the University of Guelph.
