High School Students Visit the BDDC as part of the AgScape AGM

A group of 60 grade 12 high school students and teachers from a Food and Nutrition class visited the Bioproducts Discovery and Development Centre as part of the AgScape annual general meeting (AGM). The focus of the AgScape AGM was on "Trashing Food Waste". Andrew Anstey  provided an overview of the Centre's activities while highlighting the products and research on the utilization of food waste. BDDC researchers provided a tour of the lab facilities explaining the R&D on environmentally friendly products made from renewable resources.
