Prof. Manjusri Misra was Keynote Speaker at the Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering (CSChE) Conference 2023. Her presentation was titled "Plastic Waste Upcycling: Hybrid Biocomposites for a Sustainable Circular BioEconomy".

Prof. Manjusri Misra and Prof. Amar K. Mohanty also presented at the CSChE-IICHE 2023 Joint International Symposium on October 31, 2023 which was organized by the Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering (CSChE) and the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE). 

Prof. Mohanty gave an invited presentation titled "Advanced BIOCARBON & their Sustainable Composites for Lightweight Electric Vehicles parts & High BARRIER packaging".

Prof. Misra gave an invited presentation titled "Sustainable Materials as Single-Use Plastic Alternatives for a Competitive Circular Bioeconomy". Prof. Manjusri Misra was also a Co-Chair for a session held on Oct 31, 2023.
