Prof. Misra & Mohanty spoke before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Science and Research.

The Commons committee is studying the advances in recycling and biodegradable plastic technology as potential methods to reduce waste and greenhouse gas emissions.

Prof. Misra & Mohanty spoke on behalf of U of G and discussed the circular economy and the role that biocomposite materials can play in achieving a more sustainable future.
