Professor Manjusri Misra was featured a one of the "first person stories" of the researchers that have been successfully awarded a Gryphon's LAAIR Funding Grant. In her featured video, she discusses the research funding awarded to her and Prof. Mohanty about "Biobased and novel compostable biocomposite tomato clips for greenhouse industry", "Agro-based carbonaceous biocomposites for lightweight automotive parts", and "Compostable thermoformed vegetable packaging from Ontario waste starch".
