Nimrah is an undergraduate Biological Engineering Co-op student in her fifth year at the University of Guelph, completing her last work term as an undergraduate researcher at the Bioproducts Discovery and Development Center from September 08, 2026 to December 16, 2026. Her work focuses on preventing plastic pollution and achieving Zero Waste by developing eco-friendly plastic and composite formulations that biodegrade across a wide range of environments, with applications in food packaging or automotive manufacturing.
