Konstantinos is now a Ph.D student within the Bioproducts Discovery & Development Centre (BDDC) and School of Plant Agriculture at the University of Guelph, supervised by Dr. Manjusri Misra and Dr. Amar K Mohanty. His research work is based on soil, foliar and water chemical analysis moreover fruit juice chemical analysis which includes Determination of Total Soluble Solids (°Brix), pH, Titratable Acidity, Total Phenols, Antioxidant Capacity, Sugars(Sucrose, Glucose, Fructose and others) and L-Ascorbic Acid.
Time frame & Project:
January 2024- Present: His research program based on oils, extracted from Camelina Sativa, Soya bean (Glycine max) and Canola (Brassica napus).
