Jonathan Schwartz is a second-year Bachelors of Engineering undergraduate student, completing a work term with the Bioproducts Discovery and Development Center. His work with the BDDC will benefit the ‘Home Compostable and Soil Biodegradable Meat Packaging for Enhanced Food Safety’ project.
