Ehsan is now a Post Doctorate fellow at the Bioproducts Discovery & Development Centre (BDDC) and School of Biological Engineering. He graduated from Sharif University of Technology, Iran, in 2011, majoring in materials science and engineering. His major research focus has been on the application of biopolymers and biocomposites for the packaging sector.
