Profs. Misra and Mohanty attended the Composites and Advanced Materials Expo (CAMX) from September 8 to 11, 2025, in Orlando, FL., USA. CAMX is the largest composites and advanced materials event in North America, with over 6,000 attendees from 60 countries. The Expo brings together researchers, educators, technicians, business leaders, and industry professionals to present and learn about the latest advancements in composite manufacturing, product design, and materials engineering. They focus on innovations that make composites lighter, stronger, and more energy-efficient for a brighter future.

Prof. Misra presented her work titled "Sustainable Composites for Healthier and Lighter Electric Vehicles to Boost Climate Benefit Challenges & and New Opportunities."

Prof. Mohanty moderated the Green and Sustainability Track/Session.
