Job Title

  • Data Organizer/Office Assistant

Job Description

  • Organizing & inputting data (scientific publications/journals/books) and related
  • Assistance with administrative tasks (communications, events, maintaining files)
  • Assistance with website management (updating and maintaining websites)

Required Qualifications

  • University of Guelph student (Arts and Humanities, Business, Economics and Finance, Marketing, Management, FARE)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of web site management & graphic design software

Location

  • Bioproducts Discovery and Development Centre (BDDC), Crop Science Building, Department of Plant Agriculture, U of G

Start Date

  • August 8, 2018

End Date

  • August 31, 2018 (possible extension)

Expected Work Hours per Week

  • 25-35 hours/week

Payment

  • $15.50/hour
